Tarin Yankovich has been an executive search consultant since 1998 when he graduated from the University of California, San Diego. He started his recruiting career with Interim Legal Professionals in San Diego, placing attorneys. He moved to San Francisco and joined DHR International in 1999 where he was trained as a Generalist Recruiter in Retained Search; in 2000 he was recruited to Fisher Investments to serve as their Senior External Recruiter, where he focused solely on Regional Vice Presidents across the United States. In mid 2004 Tarin Yankovich founded KTP Executive Search, Inc. in Los Angeles. In 2014 Tarin started Visual Profile where he consults executives on their Professional Brand. In 2020, KTP Executive Search, Inc. relocated their offices to Phoenix, Arizona where they are today.  

Tarin, his wife Danielle and their three children live in Phoenix, AZ. Tarin's children attended the Mayfield Schools in Pasadena CA from K through 8. His oldest graduated from the Senior School in 2020 and now attends GW in Washington DC. His other two children attend High School in Arizona and play competitive travel Baseball and Soccer. In his free time Tarin is active in the community, he previously ran Pack 87 Cub Scout program at Mayfield Junior for 1st through 5th grade, then was an Assistant Scout Master for Troop 355 in San Marino where he mentored 4 boys from 1st grade to the rank of Eagle Scout. Tarin has also been involved in the San Marino/South Pasadena YMCA Guides Program, coached youth football in Altadena, base/softball in Pasadena and sat on the Board of Directors for Pasadena American Little League. Most recently he was an Assistant Softball Coach and College Recruiting Coordinator in Southern California for Athletics Mercado where he helped several of his players, including his oldest daughter, attain D1 scholarships. Currently Tarin works with a travel softball organization in Arizona mentoring college bound athletes on the college recruiting process. Tarin also enjoys fine dining with friends, trips to wine country with his wife, outdoor living & camping with his children, shooting and boating.
