Search firms of course partner with each client who engage their service; but what is not always obvious is how a search firm partners with its candidates.  At KTP we make it crystal clear from our very first phone call to each professional we speak with that our aim is to contact, introduce, present, network and keep in touch. It is not until we uncover interest that we recruit and qualify a candidate. Our goal is not to place every person we speak with, our goal is to keep in touch and build long term relationships with the professionals in our industry and over time develop rapport.
